Contact
The fastest way to reach a human is email.
That address is written out in full rather than hidden behind a form, because a contact page you cannot actually use is not a contact page. It is read by the people who build the site, not by a ticketing system.
What we answer
- A tool gives the wrong answer. The most useful message we get. Include the input you used and what you expected — a calculation bug affects everyone who uses that tool, so these get looked at first.
- A tool is missing. Requests genuinely drive the roadmap. Say what you were trying to do, not just the tool name.
- A translation reads badly. Every page exists in five languages; if one of them sounds machine-made in your language, we want to know which sentence.
- Privacy, legal and advertising enquiries. Including anything about how data is handled, or advertising placement on the site.
Response time
We usually reply within two working days. If a message needs a code change, the reply comes when the fix ships rather than before.
Postal enquiries
Ikonode is a small independent studio without a public office. For legal correspondence that cannot be sent by email, write to [email protected] first and we will provide a postal address.
Before you write
Two questions are answered faster by reading than by asking: what happens to the data you enter is covered in the privacy policy, and what the site does and does not promise is in the terms of use.
